This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to the delivery groups behind client engagements — content cells, research benches, and operations pods across the five intelligence domains.

What you'll do

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture — the operating condition every other responsibility depends on
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines — matching work to the person developing into it, not only the person already good at it
• Use: Team collaboration boards, Performance dashboards and metric reporting, Scheduling and roster tooling, Documentation and handover repositories
