About the role

Lead the annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecast processes by partnering with business leaders to develop robust financial and operational plans aligned with organizational objectives. Drive monthly business performance reviews by providing insightful analysis of financial and operational results, key trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

• Oversee the preparation and review of management reports, board presentations, and executive dashboards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights
• Lead financial performance management initiatives by identifying cost optimization opportunities, productivity improvements, and value creation levers across the business
