Team Member-Central Monitoring Unit HO & SUPPORT-Central Service Support Mumbai

About the role

The Central Monitoring Unit (CMU) is responsible for monitoring staff-customer transactions, identifying suspicious account sourcing patterns, strengthening NTB sourcing controls, and supporting risk mitigation initiatives across the branch banking network. The role involves analytical review of transaction monitoring reports, investigation management, stakeholder coordination, dashboard preparation, and escalation of deviations to senior management.

What you'll do

• Responsible for monitoring staff-customer transactions, identifying suspicious account sourcing patterns, strengthening NTB sourcing controls
• Work closely with Analytics, BPMG Field Teams, and other stakeholders to identify risks, investigate deviations, and provide actionable insights to management
• Preparing consolidated data based on reports received from Data Science / Analytics Team and other verticals and segregate for taking necessary action
• Review and monitor transactions between bank staff and customers through various analytics-driven reports
• Conduct desktop investigations on alerts generated from various reports, staff transactions and suspicious account sourcing patterns
