About the role

To provide independent compliance advisory and oversight to Support Service functions across the Bank, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, governance standards, and ethical business practices. The role will partner with stakeholders to identify compliance risks, provide practical regulatory guidance, and strengthen the Bank's overall compliance framework while enabling business objectives.

What you'll do

• Act as a compliance partner for Support Service functions including HR, Procurement, Administration, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Technology
• Provide regulatory and compliance advice on new initiatives, projects, processes, policies, and business decisions
• Interpret and assess the applicability of regulatory guidelines, laws, and internal policies
• Review internal policies, SOPs, and governance documents from a compliance perspective
• Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks arising from support functions

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
• Compliance
• Internal audit
• SOP writing
• Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or MBA or LLB
