About the role

The role involves proactive engagement with stakeholders to mitigate compliance risks and enable business growth within the regulatory framework.

What you'll do

• Liabilities Business – including Branch Banking and related products
• Digital Banking – advisory on digital platforms, products, and services
• Interpret circulars, notifications, and regulatory updates and assess their impact on existing products, processes, and policies
• Provide compliance advisory on KYC including FATCA/CRS, and fraud risk management requirements
• Advice on payment systems and digital payment regulations, including RBI and NPCI guidelines, and oversee compliance with NPCI requirements

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Compliance
• KYC
• SOP writing
• Internal audit
• Chartered Accountant or MBA or LLB
