About the role

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Team Members to join our QSR team. You will be responsible for taking orders, food preparation, service, and maintaining cleanliness as per brand standards.

What you'll do

• Greet customers with a smile and take orders accurately
• Suggest upselling / combo offers
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely
• Ensure fast and friendly service

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Inventory management
• Documentation
• Customer service
• Upselling
• SOP writing
• POS
• Any graduate
