• KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Inbound and Outbound calls handling through UBONA for various campaigns under…
• Also works on incomplete child scholarship application at every month end & gets them approved
• KRA3 Unregistered Privilege Club MFD calling Agent calls & MFDs who are empaneled with Birla but not registered & unaware about Privilege Club
• KRA4 Welcome calling Agent calls empaneled MFDs for a warm welcome & guides them about further process, training sessions & digital platform
• KRA5 Rejection calling Agent guides MFDs whos empanelment application is being rejected due to mismatch in basic details, rectifies the error & gets them re-empaneled
