About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead - React to drive the technical direction and execution of our front-end development initiatives. This position goes beyond coding—you will lead a high-performing team, influence architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver world-class user experiences.

What you'll do

Lead and mentor a team of 4-8 React developers, fostering technical growth and best practices
Architect and design scalable, maintainable React applications with a focus on performance and user experience
Drive technical decisions on frameworks, libraries, and tooling (React ecosystem, state management, build tools)
Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure code quality across the team
Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
