Tech Support Linux L1

About the role

As a Level 1 Linux Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance with Linux-based systems. You will work closely with the Tech Support team to ensure the smooth operation of Linux servers and assist in resolving technical issues.

What you'll do

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users and assist them with Linux-related issues, including user account management, password resets, and application support
• Monitor the performance and health of Linux servers, identifying and addressing potential issues or anomalies
• Diagnose/resolve and Escalate Linux system problems, such as network connectivity issues, hardware failures, and application errors
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux-based applications
• Perform massive stack restart/configuration and deployment, Configuration changes as requested by band using tools like Ansible Tower, AWX and Virtual desktops
