Technical Account Manager

About the role

Broadridge Trading & Connectivity Solutions (BTCS) is seeking a customer-focused, technically capable professional to join our Customer Success team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience in the institutional brokerage ecosystem who understands Indian financial markets, trading workflows, and the technology that supports them.

What you'll do

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with assigned clients and act as their primary technical advisor
• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business objectives, operating model, trading workflows, and technical environment
• Drive adoption, optimisation, and value realisation across Broadridge solutions, identifying opportunities for broader usage and growth
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and internal stakeholders to develop and execute account success plans aligned to client priorities
• Identify, manage, and help remove technical barriers that may affect adoption, satisfaction, retention, or operational readiness
