Technical Account Manager (Pre-Sales & Client Success)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to take ownership of the complete client journey, from initial discovery and solution design to deal closure and successful project delivery. In this techno-commercial role, you will combine technical expertise, consultative sales, and relationship management to understand client needs and translate them into tailored software solutions.

What you'll do

• Combine technical expertise, consultative sales, and relationship management to understand client needs and translate them into tailored software solutions
• Collaborate with internal developers, architects, and sales teams to prepare proposals, define project scopes, estimate resources, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and technical execution
• Also identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, generate recurring revenue, and build long-term client partnerships
