Technical Account Manager

About the role

In this role you will provide post implementation support, operation management, ROI, NPS, showcasing product capabilities to existing customers & managing overall pulse of the Account portfolio aligned as part of the Global Delivery. Providing solutions for Customers during operations, manage & own escalations.

• Design and build Customer Success Strategy to create a strong and loyal customer base and ensuring company's growth
