Technical Lead - CSM - Shift Engineer

About the role

Managing engineering services manpower pool, outsourced contractors and OEM/ vendors

What you'll do

• Maintain and manage all Electro Mechanical equipments such as HVAC high side and low side, PAC & Air conditioners, UPS & SMPS, Battery Banks, HT/LT distribution systems
• Manage and maintain pool of operation team, track their activities assign jobs
• Responsible for key Operations & Sustainability KPIs and SLAs Plan and manage the budgets for operation including costing ( cost control , cost management measures)
• Responsible for rolling out various initiations for the reduction of energy and Opex spend at the facility
• Responsible for closure of passive equipment’s availability & performance issues with in defined SLA

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
