Technical Lead

About the role

Provide high-quality AMS support and controlled change delivery for the GTS Consultant capability within the D2S (SD, EWM, TM, GTS) tower, ensuring stable operations, timely issue resolution and effective stakeholder collaboration.

What you'll do

• Support SAP GTS compliance, customs, sanctioned-party screening and trade controls
• Troubleshoot S/4HANA/ECC integration, document transfer, legal regulations, master data and screening/customs issues
• Independently own complex incidents, enhancements, impact assessments and solution design; guide junior resources and coordinate cross-team dependencies
• Perform root-cause analysis, problem management and preventive actions for recurring production issues
• Support unit/SIT/UAT/regression testing, release/transport activities, knowledge transfer and operational documentation

What you need
