Technical Lead

About the role

Provide high-quality AMS support and controlled change delivery for the SAC and SAP BW Consultant capability within the Data & Analytics (SAC, BW, MDG) tower, ensuring stable operations, timely issue resolution and effective stakeholder collaboration.

What you'll do

• Support SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BW models, stories, queries, data loads, connectivity and reporting
• Monitor BW loads/process chains; troubleshoot data quality, performance, authorization and integration issues
• Independently own complex incidents, enhancements, impact assessments and solution design; guide junior resources and coordinate cross-team dependencies
• Perform root-cause analysis, problem management and preventive actions for recurring production issues
• Support unit/SIT/UAT/regression testing, release/transport activities, knowledge transfer and operational documentation

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
