About the role

Veeva Vault Platform Configuration Specialist Deep expertise in Vault core platform building blocks: Objects, Object Types, Lifecycles, Workflows, Page Layouts, Security Profiles, Sharing Rules, Roles, Doc Types/Binders (as applicable). Demonstrated experience configuring at least one Vault application end-to-end (Clinical, RIM, QualityDocs/QMS, Safety, Medical).

What you'll do

  • 6+ years total IT experience, with minimum 4-5 years hands-on Veeva Vault Configuration (any vault(s))
  • Working knowledge of Vault Admin console, Configuration Migration Tool (Vault Loader / Migration packages), and configuration comparison/reporting
  • Experience working in a regulated (GxP) environment and awareness of computer system validation impact of configuration changes
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery model (Jira-based backlog, sprints, story-level delivery)
