- Provide technical support to customers during trials, product qualification and commercial production
- Troubleshoot processing issues and recommend solutions to optimise performance
- Lead customer complaint investigations, root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
- Conduct benchmarking and reverse engineering of competitive materials
- Support localisation of global formulations for regional raw materials, processing conditions and regulatory requirements
