Own the technical vision and architecture of the global loyalty platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration across systems points systems, digital wallets, promotions, and personalized engagement Translate business needs into technical epics, features, and user stories, with strong focus on APIs, system integrations, and data flows

What you'll do

Own the technical vision and architecture of the global loyalty platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration across systems
Design and implement loyalty solutions for: B2B: rebates, bonus schemes, tier programs, contract-based incentives
Translate business needs into technical epics, features, and user stories, with strong focus on APIs, system integrations, and data flows
Define end-to-end system flows (frontend & backend) for loyalty journeys (accrual, redemption, settlement, engagement)
Ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, e-commerce, pricing engines, and order management systems
