What you'll do

• Create and maintain customer documentation using DITA XML in Adobe FrameMaker or Oxygen XML, structuring content for reuse, modularity, and multi-format publishing
• Work directly with developers, product managers, QA engineers, and SMEs to collect technical information, validate accuracy
• Analyze product functionality and translate it into task-based, user-focused documentation that helps engineers solve real problems
• Manage documentation updates aligned with product release schedules, ensuring content is versioned, tracked, and delivered on time
• Create and maintain supporting content such as screenshots, diagrams, workflows, tables, and illustrations

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Git
• B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA

• Technical writing
