Technical Program Manager, AI & Cloud Efficiency

About the role

This breadth necessitates numerous efficiency initiatives running in parallel across engineering — token yield, compute right-sizing, LLM Gateway quotas, provider commitments to name a few. Deep, hands-on understanding of cloud infrastructure and AI/LLM economics Proficient in driving efficiency, capacity, or FinOps-adjacent programs

What you'll do

• Drive Cloud and AI/LLM efficiency
• Own a single, prioritised source of truth for all cost initiatives and drive them to measurable efficiency and margin gains
• Build cost-attribution discipline: per-service, per-team, per-customer, per-feature tagging and allocation so every dollar has an owner
• Oversee LLM spend across providers: procurement and commitment sizing
• Govern internal AI tooling spend with per-user visibility, quotas, and value assessment
