The Trust CX Innovation team drives advancements across Amazon Devices & Services (D&S) products.

What you'll do

• Own cross-functional initiatives that span product, engineering, design, and science teams
• Build and manage the plan, map dependencies across teams, surface risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned on a shared bar and timeline
• Operate at a technical level, understanding the systems and trade-offs well enough to ask the right questions and drive sound decisions
• Be the connective tissue that turns inclusivity from a set of individual commitments into experiences that ship on time and serve every customer
• Own and drive cross-functional programs that advance inclusive experiences across product, engineering, design, and science teams

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
