As a Technical Sales Executive for Buildings AI at simulationHub, you will be responsible for selling AI-powered Building Energy Modeling and CFD load calculation solutions to AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) firms, sustainability consultants. This role involves managing the complete sales pipeline from

What you'll do

  • Drive the full sales cycle for Buildings AI, targeting large OEMs, MEP companies, and consultants and
  • Consultancies in sustainability or building performance, focusing on high-performance and NZEB
  • Design, from identifying and prospecting leads to closing high-value enterprise deals
  • Provide technical consultancy on Building Energy Modeling (BEM) and load calculation, demonstrating
  • Including its automated workflows for Energy Modeling and CFD Load Calculations
