About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager with 7+ years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or solution selling. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of embedded systems, electronics, IoT platforms, or industrial products, along with the ability to engage customers, conduct technical demonstrations, manage pilots, and drive deal closures.

What you'll do

  • Technical Sales and Deal Closure
  • Own the technical sales cycle from lead qualification through technical evaluation and deal closure
  • Understand customer use cases and translate business and technical requirements into structured inputs for the R&D team
  • Position solutions effectively by connecting product capabilities with customer challenges and business needs
  • Support commercial negotiations by addressing technical queries and communicating solution value
