About the role

Helps to ensure stable and well performing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services that meet business demand. Proactively engages with Key Business Users to receive feedback, gauge satisfaction with system, integrations, and address issues or concerns. Supports & maintain various front-end web applications and back-end processes according to SLAs.
