Technician, Customer Quality

About the role

You will help customers through rapid troubleshooting, evidence-based warranty assessment, and effective containment actions. By identifying root causes, supporting quality improvements, and enabling successful product performance in the field, you will strengthen customer trust, reduce recurring issues, and contribute to continuous product and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Perform on-site failure analysis, troubleshooting, and technical support for hydraulic systems, components, and applications
• Support customers through warranty claim validation, containment actions, retrofit activities, and timely issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate chronic and recurring issues, conduct root cause analysis
• Utilize SAP and quality tools to document, manage, and close warranty cases while preparing structured technical reports and supporting 8D investigations
• Deliver customer training and support new product launches through on-site engagement, identifying assembly and process gaps to prevent future quality concerns
