Techno Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with 3–6 years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional business process knowledge and technical expertise in customization, development, and system integrations.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Conduct gap-fit analysis and prepare functional design documents (FDDs)
• Configure modules such as: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchase, Inventory & Warehouse, Manufacturing (preferred)
• Lead CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), UAT, and client training sessions
• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Microsoft Dynamics
• ERP
• Any graduate

• Power BI
• Power Automate
