About the role

Central - Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, UP. South - Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Lakshwadeep, Tamil Nadu, Telangana.

What you'll do

• Assist in conducting awareness campaigns, workshops and outreach initiatives to enhance understanding and adoption of central and state/ UT level MSME schemes
• Develop IEC material, localized content, success stories, FAQs, and simplified scheme guides to improve scheme accessibility and awareness among MSMEs
• Prepare MSME landscape reports assessing the State/ UT ecosystem, sectoral opportunities, challenges and strategic inputs for policymakers
• Conduct periodic market research on demand trends, sector competitiveness, pricing shifts, and emerging opportunities to support MSME decision-making
• Track regulatory, compliance, labour, environment, taxation and quality standards and prepare simplified guidance material for MSMEs

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Market research
• MIS reporting
• MBA or BBA
