About the role

The position will support research, data analysis, benchmarking and advisory activities for a Government assignment focused on excise-sector reforms and revenue augmentation. The role will involve assessment of market, operational, supply-chain, infrastructure and technology requirements, along with preparation of analytical outputs and client deliverables.

What you'll do

• Support assessment of wholesale and retail liquor markets, including licensing, sales, revenue and market trends
• Undertake analysis of revenue, pricing, margins, sales/offtake, licence fees and other excise-sector data
• Support assessment of procurement, warehousing, logistics, distribution, inventory management and supply-chain arrangements
• Benchmark excise policies, institutional models, licensing frameworks and revenue practices across States/UTs
• Support identification of compliance, monitoring, digital and revenue-leakage reduction measures
