Tele caller

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining company products/services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving call targets.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
• Handle inbound calls and address customer queries in a professional manner
• Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM or Excel
• Follow up on leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• CRM
• MS Office
• Voice process
• Sales
• Communication
• Class 12
