About the role

As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in our collections team, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to customers with pending EMI payments, providing them with due date reminders and explaining outstanding balances.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial role in our collections team, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive customer relationships
• Also guide customers on various payment methods and follow up on any missed or delayed payments
• Make outbound calls to customers with pending EMI payments
• Provide clear and concise information on payment methods and options
• Follow up on missed or delayed payments, offering assistance and resolving any payment-related queries

What you need
