Tele caller / Inside Sales – Japan Market (ID 1370)

About the role

Conduct outbound sales outreach to Japanese manufacturing companies via phone, email, and LinkedIn, primarily in Japanese. Qualify inbound leads from the Japan market and assess customer requirements. Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior account management team. Research target accounts, including production environments, business challenges, and digital maturity.

What you'll do

• Conduct outbound sales outreach to Japanese manufacturing companies via phone, email, and LinkedIn, primarily in Japanese
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior account management team
• Research target accounts, including production environments, business challenges, and digital maturity
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status
• Support the translation of product materials, proposals, and client communications for Japanese customers

What you need
