About the role

Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and follow up on inbound inquiries.• Qualify leads, capture customer requirements, and update CRM or lead registers.• Schedule site visits and appointments for sales team.• Provide product and project information clearly and accurately.• Handle objections and close basic queries to move prospects through the sales funnel.• Prepare daily call reports and maintain call logs.• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

What you need
