Telecaller/Counsellor

About the role

The Telecaller / Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents regarding the University’s courses, admission procedures, and academic offerings. The role involves handling inquiries, counselling students, coordinating admission-related activities, and maintaining effective communication through calls, emails, and correspondence.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions and course inquiries
• Provide accurate information about courses, fee structure, schedules, and University policies
• Maintain and update inquiry records, follow-ups, and student databases
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding admission and counselling activities
• Draft and manage correspondence through emails, letters, and other communication channels independently
