About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our automobile sales and support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, answering inquiries, pitching our vehicle variants, and scheduling test drives or showroom visits. Your goal will be to convert leads into dealership appointments and maintain a high standard of customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Lead Generation & Outbound Calling
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and marketing leads
• Screen, qualify, and filter interested buyers, routing hot prospects to the dealership sales consultants
• Inbound Inquiry & Customer Support
• Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about vehicle prices, specifications, variants, and booking procedures

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
