Tender & Contract - Cost Estimation Engineer Interconnection at Quest Global. Liaise with engineering and project management to ensure project due diligence is completed in time for RFP bidding (Geotech, Hydrology etc).

What you'll do

• Liaise with engineering and project management to ensure project due diligence is completed in time for RFP bidding (Geotech, Hydrology etc)
• Run estimates on project for input into financial models at various levels of maturity (high level estimates for future projects through to financial investment level…
• Read and review in detail bid proposals to determine appropriate contingency levels for bidder scopes vs scope of work requirements
• Be the single point of contact for project estimates and be able to explain in detail how these were derived
• Develop project schedules for development projects
