About the role

The Territory Business Manager (Business Loans) is responsible for driving acquisition and sourcing of Business Loan customers within the assigned territory. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing channels and customer relationships, achieving disbursement targets, and ensuring portfolio quality.

What you'll do

Source and acquire customers for Business Loans through open market channels, referrals, and direct sales activities
Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and revenue targets assigned for the territory
Build and maintain relationships with SMEs, MSMEs, self-employed professionals, traders, and business owners
Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities
Manage and engage DSAs, connectors, and referral partners to generate leads
