  • Achieve disbursement targets for the CE business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels
  • Ensuring the delinquency ratio with in control for his portfolio
  • Direct Indirect Business should be 60% 40 % with respective book
  • Handle the team of FOS and drive their productivity levels
  • Ensure target branches achieve their targets with requisite conversions
