About the role

The Territory Manager –SEPL is responsible for sourcing and managing loan business through Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), Liability Branches, Connectors and existing channel partners. The role focuses on building a high-quality loan portfolio while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

What you'll do

  • Source and manage business through DSTs, Liability Branches, Open Market and other market channels
  • Acquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes
  • Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections
  • Monitor and guide channel partners to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Stay updated on retail asset products, operational processes, and market trends
