What you'll do

• Lead the region in meeting / exceeding annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, by implementing localized sales strategies, go-to-market plans
• Develop sales of all company products in allocated Region by Channel appointment and motivating channel and team members to achieve the sales objective
• Business planning, Credit control, & achieve target DSO for the region
• Co-ordinate with area managers and sales team for training and coaching, designing trade schemes, market penetration activities and executing brand building strategies
• Co-ordinate with pricing & marketing department to decide appropriate go-to market
