• Process Assessment & Improvement Analyze current ITSM processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Conduct maturity assessments (e.g., ITIL maturity models)
• Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives (CSI). 3
• Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
