About the role
Network Data L3 Engineer with 9+ years of relevant experience in enterprise LAN/Switch management. Responsible for advanced troubleshooting, complex configuration, major incident resolution, RCA, network optimization, change implementation, and technical support to L1/L2 teams.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot complex LAN, switching, routing, and network performance issues
- Manage advanced configurations for VLANs, STP/RSTP, trunks, EtherChannel, routing, and ACLs
- Lead resolution of critical/major network incidents and perform detailed RCA
- Plan and implement complex network changes, upgrades, and configuration improvements
- Analyze network performance, capacity, recurring issues, and recommend improvements
