What you'll do

Common Services- ServiceNow Technical Consultant L3
Platform Customization & Scripting: Perform advanced software configuration, custom scripting, and customization including Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies
Platform Administration & Upgrades: Oversee overall instance administration including delegation of groups, CMS/Service Portal modifications
Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and enrich a team of 5–7+ technical resources
