Trade Marketing Manager - LHA - North & East

About the role

Responsible for ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on regional sales team asks and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Customer Marketing and budget management. SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY planning & execution of activations, leveraging new/emerging channels for recruitments, promotions, events, agency management etc.

What you'll do

• Develop channel strategy and lead the execution for your respective region and ensuring its execution
• Drive performance via channel segmentation, outlet prioritization, brand outlet mapping and investment choices
• Manage A&P budget for the region planning activations and promotions driving equity, brand awareness and recruitments
• Responsible for working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance
• Build Joined up business plan with top customers and national chains
