Trade Surveillance Analyst

About the role

As a Surveillance Analyst at IMC, you will assist with our day-to-day surveillance operations, monitoring and review of Internal and exchange generated alerts. Your role will cover many different aspects of IMC’s compliance program, requiring you to work with people across all areas of the business. This role will report into Head of Compliance- India.

What you'll do

• Investigating and resolving trade surveillance alerts across market abuse typologies including spoofing, layering, ramping, marking the close, wash trading
• Monitor and investigate market surveillance alerts and electronic communications to identify potential market abuse risks and provide recommendations to enhance pre- and…
• Managing alert queues, ensuring timely investigation, escalation to Compliance Officer and closure of alerts
• Regular review of parameters and calibrating surveillance alert parameters as new markets, strategies, and products come online
• Record keeping and preparing reports for internal approvals and regulatory submissions
