Trainee Engineer - Research and Development

About the role

Conduct R&D activities in Physical Chemistry, Molecular Nanoscience, and Nanotechnology. Develop and optimize chemical formulations, pigments, coatings, dispersions, and advanced materials. Perform laboratory experiments, material synthesis, characterization, and performance testing. Study surface chemistry, molecular interactions, particle size, stability, viscosity, and material compatibility.

What you'll do

• Conduct R&D activities in Physical Chemistry, Molecular Nanoscience, and Nanotechnology
• Develop and optimize chemical formulations, pigments, coatings, dispersions, and advanced materials
• Perform laboratory experiments, material synthesis, characterization, and performance testing
• Operate analytical instruments and interpret experimental data
• Troubleshoot formulation issues and improve product quality, stability, and performance
