What you'll do

  • Trainee Engineer (Vendor / Contract Management)
  • Responsible for managing vendor relationships and overseeing the end-to-end contract lifecycle to ensure compliance
  • Acts as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive effective procurement and contract governance
  • Manage contract renewals and track contract expiry dates, maintain contract repositories report and ensure timely renewals
  • Monitor Vendor contract terms, Update and maintain the contract inventory database
