About the role

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
