Interface with customers through Phone to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Understand customer concerns, address them effectively and retain customers Ensure customer satisfaction for the service rendered Maintain high level adherence to policies, procedures and processes Recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same.

What you'll do

• Ensure customer satisfaction for the service rendered
• Maintain high level adherence to policies, procedures and processes
• Ensure all queues are attended to meet SLAs
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all levels
• Ensure all transactions are documented appropriately

• 0–6 yrs of experience
