About the role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates to join Bajaj Finance as Trainee – KYC & Sales Associates. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, KYC and document verification, application processing, explaining financial products, coordinating with customers/dealers and achieving assigned business targets.

What you'll do

  • Collect and verify customer KYC documents as per company guidelines
  • Check customer details, address proof, identity proof and other required documents
  • Ensure accurate data entry and application login
  • Follow company KYC, compliance and documentation processes
  • Coordinate with customers for pending or incomplete documents
