About the role

Deliver BPO training in accordance with the approved curriculum and session plans. Develop learners’ communication, workplace etiquette, digital literacy and employability skills. Use role plays, case studies, demonstrations, group activities and practical exercises to make sessions engaging and job-relevant.

What you'll do

• Deliver BPO training in accordance with the approved curriculum and session plans
• Use role plays, case studies, demonstrations, group activities and practical exercises to make sessions engaging and job-relevant
• Monitor learner attendance, punctuality, participation and performance
• Identify learning gaps and prepare appropriate remedial interventions
• Conduct diagnostic, formative and final assessments as prescribed

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• MS Office
• Classroom management
• Communication
• B.Com or BBA or Diploma

What you get

• ₹30k–₹40k a month
